Communication was good in the beginning but some time after transaction, Funsoul was away due to business trips and work stuff. Just sent messages to him and then he forwarded the answers.

Had issues with RAM kit since there was a written paper saying "may not work" on 1 of the sticks. Told Funsoul and he offered me full refund (for RAM) if one or both sticks were dead.

Then tested ram kit and 1 was dead, the other had issues. Funsoul refunded me with no delay and I really appreciate that since his word is for real.

As for RIVE BE and 3930K both worked flawlessly and without issues. Very happy with transaction.

Will definitely do business with him again!
