USPS did a number on the box even though it was packed nicely. The motherboard would not fire up. Shawn was exceptionally helpful with this. I drove to Tulsa and got a different mobo which installed nicely with the rest of his components. I was able to deliver the PC which was very critical. He even refunded my payment until we worked out the problems. Today we settled up on the difference. Shawn is an exceptional trader and that is why I choose to deal with people like him.
