What can I say, Carl is a great guy. I had 2 different people I was shipping DVDs to, and ended up mixing up the shipments... One of the DVDs Carl was supposed to get ended up with another ATer and was damaged in the mail. Carl also received a different DVD which was supposed to go to the other person. Not only was Carl understanding towards my total stupiditiy, he even agreed to ship the mixed up DVD to the other buyer. I reimbursed him for the damaged DVD and the shipping. I can't say how good of a guy Carl was through this. You can't go wrong trading with him.

Mylex card was not compatible with Fenriss's motherboard. Even after it killed his bios, he was friendly, prompt, and returned my hardware with a generous sum to cover my time. All in all, I wish everyone were as understanding as he is.
