I bought an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW from a rpost twjunkie made on the techPowerUp! forums and made payment via PayPal.

rtwjunkie replied almost instantly when I sent a message that I wanted to buy. He packed it extremely well, and the graphics card was just as good as (probably better than) it was described. He shipped the next day (Monday) and it arrived just two days later from the opposite side of the country. I'd have no issue buying from rtwjunkie again. Highly recommended!
