  I purchased a matched set of 16GB DDR3 ram. Upon testing one stick ended up being bad (which was a possible issue as noted in the thread on AT) so seller offered to refund money. I instead opted for an advanced RMA with Corsair so neither party would be out of any money on the deal.

  Parts go bad, postal service isn't exactly the easiest, so I don't fault the seller on this one. I still received 3 working ones that I can use until the Advanced RMA set comes in so all is well. Would buy from again, very up front and honest.
