Seller responded quickly to all communications and was very nice. The packaging could have been better. The keyboard box was in a larger box, but there was no padding (peanuts, paper, air bags, etc.). However, the keyboard itself was in EXCELLENT condition. Product was described as "like new" and the seller was not kidding. If the seals had not been broken, I would have thought it was new. Was probably only opened once for testing. USPS Priority shipping was included in the purchase price and seller shipped it quickly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would purchase from this seller again.
