Matt was wonderfully communicative and responsive to any questions I had. The item shipped in original packaging. When I opened it I discovered that it the IO shield he sent was the wrong one but Matt graciously sent a new one when I informed him of the mixup. Overall very courteous and I would recommend him to any one looking to bst.
