I sold John a radio it ended up being damaged during shipping and would no longer read CDs. Since I had taken video prior to shipping of everything working John was not upset. I offered him a full refund but Further he agreed to pay small amount plus the shipping I had paid to just keep the unit since he felt at the low amount I offered for it that we would still.enjoy using it for Aux Input for his phone.
