Seller was extremely kind, patient, and thorough throughout the process - posting timestamps, providing benchmarks, hardware monitoring and screenshots, pictures during the packing process, etc. Answered all of my questions and then some more. Shipping was quick. Packing was extraordinary... lots of care was put into packing it (took me about 5 minutes to undo all of the bubble wrap and double-boxing. Hopefully can make another purchase again
