The seller provided all the important information before I could even request it, including stats and pictures for my individual drive and the tracking number. The seller shipped out the drive very quickly after receiving payment and the packaging ensured that the drive stayed safe (and would likely stay safe even if the mail person threw the box to the door). Overall a very friendly, communicative person. Would do business with this person again.
