I bought a Geforce4 4600 from Phil and it had some problems. Phil did everything he possibly could to rectify the situation. I wound up with a full refund plus shipping costs to send the card back. I don't know what else I can say except Phil is as conscientious a trader as I have ever had the pleasure to deal with and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to deal with again.
