Modded XBOX and a controller

This trader has withheld $50 for well over 6 months. I have given him very ample opportunity to pay me back and he continues to ignore me. I am mostly dissapointed in him as he seemed like a very nice guy. He does not live up to his promises and I would highly recommend NOT trading with him. :(
Response from MarthisdilThe trader/seller of this modded XBox originally sent a bad XBox to me after I paid him half of the $100 agreed-to price and sent him my working, unmodded, XBox.
He agreed to take it back and send me a different one, which he did. That one, too, didn't work properly. He refused to accept a swap for another. He also refused to send me back my unmodded xbox and $50.
As such, I refused to send him the rest of the payment as I ended up with something that didn't work.June 22, 2006
