Alan is a great guy to deal with; I was going to return the jacket but he told me he'd give me a $20 refund if I decided to keep it. After considering my options I figured I'd keep it. Besides, it'd save me from LOSING money because I'd have to pay to ship it back AND receive a refund that has the original shipping cost deducted from it. All in all a great trading experience - I would definitely not hesitate to deal with Alan again in the future.
