After a near month of sending message after message and email after email and hearing several of his excuses, I finally received the laptop I purchased. The harddrive was wiped and it included nothing but the AC adapter, he said dell would provide the rest if I would request (os, driver disks, dell applications, etc). In addition, it was missing one of the 512MB modules that I was promised in the deal. He said he would make it good by overnighting me a stick if necessary, but this never happened. The last communication I received from him was Nov 21 and haven\'t heard or received anything from him since. I will never again trade with this person and I suggest that anyone else do the same. I feel fortunate to have received the laptop at all.
