I bought 2 supermicro hot swap sata racks. I paid $110 and I traded four 1gb ddr2 memory sticks. The hot swap racks come with a LED cable, and 5 hard drive fillers to take the place of the drive in case no real drive is present. The racks also come with a total of 44 screws.

I asked if the drives came with the hard drive fillers, and I was assured they did. I asked about the LED cable and was told it was not included.

When the well packed racks arrived, there were no screws and no hard drive fillers. I asked the seller, and he said he misunderstood me about the hard drive fillers. He eventually located them, and he said he forgot to send the screws and would ship them.

The screws never arrived. The hard drive fillers never arrived.

There are lights on each drive denoting power and access. They work on 4 of the 5 bays on one rack, and do not work at all on the other rack.

I have contacted the seller several times asking about the screws, the hard drive fillers, and I think I mentioned that the drive leds don\'t all work. I have gotton no response in about a month.

I fear the seller isn\'t very responsible in general, and the racks don\'t work as they should. Also hooking up the drives requires flat head screws which I don\'t have a lot of.

I will not be doing business with amdoverclocker again until these issues are resolved to my satisfaction.

I am deeply saddened.
