everything went smooth. i found the modem in a closet and didnt know if it worked or not. henry claims it was DOA, i dont know if it is or not but i offered to refund 1/2 the money. i havent heard a response. however he did pay promptly and other then the modem DOA the deal was good. the cd-rw was good so i guess thats 1 for 2. i wish it could have gone smoother but i guess these things happen. id deal with henry again, but next time we should be a little more clearer on things up front.
