I agreed to ship the item first due to my lack of Heatware history. The item arrived on 11/30 and I did not recieve payment until 9 days later. When the payment arrived, it was still not the agreed upon amount. It has now been two weeks since he received the unit and I am still short $9.45 from the deal. Total lack of communication and follow through. NOT recommended.
Response from justtaintI was on a cruise ship in the middle of the caribbean, which Angrypirate was well aware of. I accidentally deleted the first PM with his paypal address, but I paid within 24 hours of receiving it the 2nd time. The $9.45 was owed for shipping and has since been paid. As it is I spent over $10 in onboard internet fees trying to track down his paypal address and the amount owed.
I will admit that I let this deal slip through the cracks and have apologized profusely. Definitely not deserving of a negative heat though, especially considering item was not as described, but I will not issue a retaliatory heat.December 13, 2004
