After supposedly sending payment...the buyer backed out days later...after I had already told many others the item was sold.

Deal was struck on 12/14/02. I sent my DC# on 12/17/02. He said he would get mine by 12/19/02. He never did. Then he had a problem responding to PM's and emails in a timely fashion. Thought I'd wait until after the holidays. Still no word. Finally on 12/30 he sends me a PM and says he's sorry and will send out ASAP along with $20 for my troubles.

After more PMs and emails for a track# I finally get a reply on 1/7/03 and I had to get the AT moderator involved to get this. Again, another apology and blames everything on holiday partying.

Today is 1/13/03, and still no word, no reply to the PMs.

He received my package before the holidays, and I am left holding nothing.

*Update* 1/14/03, I received an overnight fed ex from Jason with the CD and a $25 money order for all the troubles.

Installed it and everything works. I'm glad to have the CD, and the money order was nice along with an apologetic email. That is why I'm changing this to a neutral eval, b/c I received it.
