Andrew was a great seller. I asked him a million questions over a two week period before purchasing the laptop from him. All his responses were very timely (i.e. FAST), very polite, and all my questions were always well responded to.

I received the laptop within a week after sending payment (maybe sooner). It was packaged well, in very good condition, and everything was as promised. Both batteries work very well, the screen is in great shape, etc. I've gotten tons of use from it already with no problems.

I would definitely buy from/trade with Andrew again!! I highly recommend him, and his one neutral response that was given recently I think was a very isolated incident.
