Good communication and helpful answering questions for the several weeks between when we agreed on the deal and when I was able to pay. Shipping was delayed a few days on his end by a family crisis, but aside from a brief (couple day) lapse in email, Andrew was good about keeping me informed and without being asked for any consideration, he plugged another RAM stick into the laptop and updated the virus software before shipping. Love the laptop - would deal with Hellraiser again.
