Wow, what can I say? Hank has to be the BEST person I have dealt with on a transaction. When I went to ship out the drives, one of them crapped out right after being removed from my machine. Hank patiently waited while I had the drive RMAd to Newegg. Then Fedex messes up the delivery and I had to ship to Hank next-day from USPS. Hank was generous enough to pay part of the increased shipping costs. The great thing is that he could have backed out of the deal at any time, but instead stuck with me. If there were more people like Hank in the world it would truely be a better place. Thanks again Hank!!!!
