He sold this c-210-a formula as Tygon tubing, when in fact it is Tygothane (same company as Tygon, but not the same thing). They are completely different products (not a single other person that I could find on the internet uses Tygothane for water cooling their computer).

I never asked him to refund as I needed the tubing now and it would take many weeks of returning, refunding via paypal, and buying from a store. His negative feedback is in feedback for the negative eval I gave him, not for the actual transaction. I paid him immediately (even had to cancel a paypal payment because he gave me the wrong paypal account; still haven't received that money back [paypal issue, not him]), and never asked for any refund or return. My part as the buyer was perfectly satisfactory. His only issue is that I gave him negative feedback.
