We did experience a delayed train with ups causing a delay in delivery from Friday to Monday. Even though being dissapointed, I was and would be too, we both agreed it was UPS. I take part of the blaim because I knew he needed it by thursday but via the UPS quote I thought we were good. In the future I will try to communicate better and not rely on UPS to deliver on time:)
