I am still working on getting my money for this transaction, and it was my first ever on AT. I shipped 2 brand new harddrives to this "established" heat and AT member on 2/03/05, and it was delivered on 2/05/05. Buyer was happy and posted positive feedback for me.

Enrique then said he would test everything by 9pm and send payment. On 2/8/05, he tells me he has paypal problems, that his account is locked because someone got in his account. He tells me pp says it may take up to 5 business days to correct...OKAY, so i wait patiently. He is very fast always to reply to me.

On 2/16, I suggest he mail me a MO because paypal usually takes a long time to fix things anyway, and that MO would be best choice. On 2/16, he says he will send out MO, no dice, then 2/18 he tells me he has $68 in his bank account since the pp thing screwed with his bank account. I ask what his intentions are (if to defraud me) and say that I will bring this to the attention of the moderators. He suggests shipping me back both hard drives used (basically i might get back 2 used hard drives that are worth less than when i shipped them, no no dont think so) He says he understands how i feel and that he not trying to troll me.

his good heat and fast replies are the only thing im hoping will make this guy legit. But i feel like im dealing with a kid the whole time. I have to tell him to borrow the $236 for the drives from someone, and pay them back on his time...im the priority here. He says his dad has helped him with the money then and will send out payment on 2/24. he doesnt. He then says he will arrange to get off work early on 2/25 to get the po to mail a mo, again, he lies.

He doesnt get back to me by back 2/28, i leave a voicemail and pm for him, I alert the moderators and trollhunters. He replies and said hes sorry again, and that payment will definitely go out on tuesday and ill have it in my hands by weds 3/2. no communication, no tracking #, nothing. Mods lock his account on AT at this point. I call him again and email, and he calls by phone with "im sorry blah blah". last night 3/03, i get him on aim after calling his home and speaking to his brother and he tells me he got my message, that hes on his way to send payment and that he confirm he sent out payment that night. I get no call or confirmation of course.

As far as im concerned, I got trolled by a little kid. I dont care how much heat this guy has, dont deal with him.
I am currently working with AT mods, troll hunters, and hopefully law enforcement, soon to resolve this matter.

Enrique, why dont you pay up before you get in some real trouble? One way or another, I wont let this matter die out, you will pay one way or another.

We agreed to trade my Dell LCD plus cash for his brand new unlocked Moto Razr phone. He agreed to ship first because I was apprehensive about his past negative evals. First he said he would be out of town for a week okay. Then that turned into a couple more weeks. Then he was sick on his week of vacation when he had plenty of time off work to send it out. Then he was again too busy with work. Then he realised the phone was not unlocked so he had to play email tag with Cingular to get it unlocked and they couldn't do it. Then he had to send it off to a third party to get it unlocked. It took me almost 2 months to receive the phone. I am leaving a neutral because he did have good communication(sending me email or private message with a day or two of me sending it out). He also knocked some cash off the price and overnighted the phone to me once he got it back from being unlocked. But still almost 2 months to receive a product was unacceptable to me and I had almost wrote him off as not ever sending it out.
