Scott really made an effort to please, upon discovering the stock cooler (which he had never even bothered to use, not his fault he didn't know it was not functional) he included a FAR superior copper heat tower cooler for only 10 bucks more...I would definitely buy off of him again, he was a pleasure to deal with and was very courteous and polite.
