First the item...he sent the entire retail box with original heatsink and paperwork/cd etc.
The items were packaged REALLY REALLY well. He had some things to take care of so he couldn't ship right away but he kept me informed about it so it was no problem at all.
When I got the vid card however, I was experiencing problems. Not realizing it could be my PS I told him about it. He tried to help me out and even started up a thread for me on Hard Forums to ask others about the whole situation. In the end, I realized it WAS the PS and nothing was wrong with the vid card, and for that I apologize to him for saying it could be the vid card. All in all...this guy is a GREAT trader and a very nice and a VERY patient guy. I would certainly love to do business with him in the future.
