I was told he would pay for shipping, I do owe him a cascade. He decided without discussion to defraud me into shipping and would not answer my calls nor pay shipping as agreed.
Response from Philly_boyThis man has owed me $1350 for almost three years. He also owes thirty other people money for phase units we paid for but have not received to date. This amounts to over $32,000.

He seems uninterested in getting me my unit as promised.
I managed to get him to repay this debt thru giving me an equivalent value in parts as I build my own systems now. I suggest others try similar tactics as this will be the only way he repays any of this debt.June 15, 2008

Cancelled order... impaitent told thast I would hae it done in a month, got very sick was 3 weeks behind he cancelled, Issues in refund as I bought material I had to earn enough to cover checks stolen and now paypal issues .... refund will be sent as soon as I get an address where someone will sign a certified letter.
Response from slimysquidI was more then patient, sent him cashiers check 11/06/05 he signed for it on 11/08/05 and I waited, and waited, finally on 1/19/06 I told him to send me my case back with completed unit or send me my money back, he never did. He finally said he sent money on 3/04/06 which was bad checks, and still to this day I have not recieved my refund, I have copies of all documents and messages proving these dates. Maybe a court can persuade him to refund me the money since he apparently has no inclination of doing so on his own.April 11, 2006
