Almost 3 weeks to ship. Ignored Emails and PM\'s until I filed a claim with Paypal. Also lied about ship date. Very shocked considering his great heatware evaluations. Did finally get the item which DID work perfectly. I should leave a negative rating. Only reason I don\'t is because I did get the item and it does work. Dude, why would you screw up a great run with positive evals? Never gave me a reason for the non-sense. Oh well.

Always responded in a timely manner. Packaging was not very good. No anti-static bag and chips were bouncing around in smaller box, limited packing material inside to protect all items. Nice guy to deal with
