I bought a used laptop (02-12-2007) from pwnisher but he never shipped it he says he did and it came back,(I used verified PP addy) yet he will not refund my money and offers no proof that he ever tried to ship . (receipt etc)

Case arrived in fine condition (which was impressive, sometimes the mail handlers can be pretty abusive) with a bag full of mounting hardware which was sorely needed.
