I bought a Radeon 9500 Pro at RR, and he was a newbie in terms of heat as well as myself. I was considering sending out the MO with Signature Confirmation, and after talking to him over AIM, he confirmed my feels that it was totally unnecessary. I spoke with him multiple times on AIM, and kept in contact at all times. Mailed it out promptly with UPS, and at first I was disappointed at the box that arrived because of its size, but after I opened it, my worries disappeared because he packed up the card really well with a bubble wrap bag and more bubble wrap around the bubble bag. A+ trader!

The PSU was delivered quickly and communications were great. The PSU was not exactly as advertised IMO. It was advertised as a PowMax, and I got something called a Demon with no PowMax markings on it anywhere. From Andrew's side of the deal, that was the only issue.
