I sold DaMaN 2 pairs of rackmount slides. He paid promptly. I shipped them to him. Unfortunately, the package was damaged in transit, and 3 of the 4 slides were lost. I filed a claim with the shipper and was eventually paid. I refunded DaMan his money. He was very patient and understanding throughout the process. It unfortunate, but these things happen.
