All I can say is he is absolutely fantastic to deal with. If all stores ran their departments the way PaiN does buisness; you'd give the sales people a big hug everytime you walked in the door. I bought a used 9800XT from him at well under half the currently listed price, got it promptly, and it worked great... Until someone in my family broke it after three days (I won't go into details). So after numerous phone calls and forum messages he just told me to send it back to him and he'd work it out. And work it out he did! Long story short; I ended up in the long run with a brand new ASUS VIVO 9800XT plus all software included for the original price I paid. He even shipped it to Canada twice for me!
