The packaging the PSU was shipped in was clearly inadequate, but fortunately no damage, except a broken SATA connector, occured.

Kaltek and I agreed that a partial refund was in order and the situation was quickly resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Overall, I think there is nothing horrible here but a valuable reminder to a new trader that quality packing is essential. I believe Kaltek learned that lesson and hence, I would deal with him again the future!

Bought a Amd64 3000+ and a Socket 754 Gigabyte mobo from him. Haven't gotten a chance to test the mobo but the proc works perfectly.
