There was a problem with my payment and it got stuck in pending. Bosom was patient with my while I sorted it all out. Then when I had trouble getting the card working he told me he would give me a full refund and pay return shipping. I figured out the issue and it was my fault, the card is working great. I Think it speaks volumes for his character that he offered that tho.
