I have to say: one of the most courteous and helpful traders I have deal with. In fact, I can say that I would choose to trade with Steven over buying from a retailer (Seriously). With Steven, I know exactly what to expect and I know I won't encounter any problems (that are within both traders control that is -- if say Fed Ex looses the package or USPS looses the payment mailed, it's not either traders' fault).
