Sent it next day, emailed tracking info very fast. Card arrived with insufficient packing, and was damaged. I was really worried that I was not going to see my money again. Warren however answered every email I sent within a few hours, made calls to the USPS claims section, and then Paypal'd my money back with no hassles at all. Although the packaging was not good, he is a very honest stand up guy who fixes his mistakes very fast and for that, I would gladly deal with him again in the future, without a second thought. Thanks again Warren!
