Andy is a great trader on Sharky Forum, made a me a good deal on the printer, giving me a price break due to an almost empty toner cartridge and we split the shipping. He did a fabulous job of packing, double-boxed with plenty of padding. No easy task as the printer is such an odd shape. Arrived quickly, worked without problem. Great communications throughout the transaction.
