Items arrived nicely packaged, and very promptly. One problem, though, the X800pro was DOA, despite several tries with different harware. I mentioned this to Phowell and IMMEDIATELY he offered a refund. What a guy. I sent the card back to him, he gave me back the difference in paypal funds, and I\'m a VERY happy camper. I woulda loved to keep the card, but sh*t happens, and Phowell was a gentleman about it.
