    Xbox Live Headset.

    There was a failure in communication. He listed for sale "Xbox Live Headset (new) - $12" I agreed to purchase the item and promptly paid via paypal $20. He asked for $2 more then actual shipping charges. When I recived the package I discovered that I would only recive the Earpeice/Mic and not the complete headset assemly (controller module is needed to use it in conjunction with the xbox) The Xbox headset is only sold as a set including the controller module so it was only logical to assume sealing the communicator would include all associtaed hardware in its 'new' condition. Although I didn't get what I expected, he still communicated quickly, shipped everything on time and get back to me when I had problems.

    The failure in communication was not my problem. Xbox Live 'headset'(new) means exactly that - a new xbox Live 'headset' - which is exactly what I sent. Minus000 is a bit ignorant to imagine he could purchase a brand new Live Kit for $12. I am certainly not trading to lose money! The value of a 'new' Live Kit (headset and module) is like $50, why would I sell it for $12? The buyer obvious lacks common sense in trading. The devil is in the details. I thought the sale was clear enough.

    Anyway, I asked him <quote>LMK what you want to do.</quote>, intending to refund the money over his mistake. But it looks like I didn't get the opportunity.
