This trader may be new, but he's awesome. First he kindly agreed to wait for me to ship since I was waiting on a replacement video card. Then when the video card stopped working properly and I had to RMA it, he was very understanding. I rec'vd a replacement card and overnighted it to him. Unfortunately somewhere in the process a piece of the NV5 Silencer became damaged and made it pretty much unusable. He said he would not demand any compensation and that the NV5 situation would not affect his view of our transaction. We agreed on a $10 refund to put towards the purchase of a new cooler. Overall awesome trader here guys =)
