Purchased an MSI Z77 motherboard from user.

Motherboard described as working, but when I received unit the board was nonfunctional.
Seller was quick to respond to concerns and engage in discussion. I attempted to troubleshoot over a weekend and when I was unable to get the motherboard to boot, the seller refunded the purchase price.
