Overall, I had a great experience with this seller. We ran into a couple snags but came up with resolutions:
1) Slow replies (maybe a day or two between some but this was after he shipped the items so you could say 'the ball was in my half of the court'). Despite my high expectations of quick replies, I still felt that there was great communication. At no time were there any surprises that came up from the lack of communication.
2) He forgot to mail the fill port. This was not a problem though, since he threw it in the mail as soon as he could when I discovered it missing.

Overall, great trading experience. I would definitely consider trading with Seufari again. Only thing different I would do, would be to double check the shipping list with him first. ;)

Received refund on 8/16 with no explanation other than "cannot sell you this card." He offered a Shogun game code as compensation. I asked that he mail it to me as I had no use for the code but could resell it. I have not received a response since (4/16). I noticed today he has the code up for sale and have not received any further responses from him. Do not deal with this trader.

EDIT:
Clearly, I wasn't happy with the game (or code) as restitution but you take what you can get sometimes. Thing is, I didn't receive either (nor communication) in a timely manner. Seller obviously sent the code after the fact to justify his neg heat.

We were able to work things out in the end.
