We cross shipped and I received my package when Tates said I would. It arrived in excellent condition and worked flawlessly. Tates kept up with steady communication throughout the transaction. I would not hesitate to conduct another transaction with Tates.

I had no heat and so agreed to ship first. Maddmax kept up the communication with me and I never had to wait long for a response to any questions I had.
