Great communication , prompt payment. However the buyer implied the product was damaged more than a month after the shipment of the product. He tried to blame me for the damage when I checked the radiator for any leaks before it was shipped. And then complained about my lacking professionalism. I offered to help him get a different one if a warranty exchange was offered but he hasnt responded to that offer yet. On the whole a mixed experience.
Response from bigglesWell, the seller agreed he used the screws in a way that the manufacturer clearly states will void warranty and break the product, which it did. How a warranty claim could be possible is above my imagination.May 24, 2007
