He shipped the money up front but as I was testing the Hercules out it seemed that it wouldn't even run at its default core/memory speed. I sent the money back to William since I could not sell a faulty product. I then played around with different drivers and after extensive testing determined that it WAS definately a driver issue. I ran the card for about a week and emailed William to see if he was still interested, and he was. He also decided to pick up a 128MB stick of Micron PC133 from me.
This guy is a first class trader, and I welcome the opportunity to do a deal with him in the future should the opportunity arise.
