There was an extension to a delay in shipping(to replace his own phone) that I had agreed to prior to purchasing the phone. Throughout the delay he was very communicative and active in updating me of the status of when the Note 3 could be shipped out. As it neared the end of the delay, he did propose a reasonable solution (at his expense) that I chose not to pursue.
