The transaction was smooth as butter. He had great communication throughout the deal and shipped the card fast. He also went the extra mile by sending an email saying he thought he may have included the wrong dvi connector and was more than willing to ship the right one on his dime if it did indeed turn out to be a mistake on his part. Not many other traders would take the extra time to do this. The connector did turn out to be the right one though. The card worked without a hitch. I'm not enjoying much better framerates in Joint Ops and Doom 3. He's a highly recommended trader, purchase from him with confidence. :)
