Purchased a BNIB i7 3770K from Max_M.

I made contact witht he seller, he was fast to reply. Once the deal was struck I sent payment, and the processor was shipped the next day and tracking was provided. Couldn't ask for a smoother transaction!

Under further examination I have found that I was not sold a 3770K as it was advertised, but rather I was sent a 3770 at 3770K pricing. As of now this negative eval will stand until the issue is corrected on his end!

UPDATE:
MAX_M did refund the money, but...and this is a huge thing for me, he was dishonest throughout the whole deal. I asked all about this chip, and was either lied to throughout the transaction, or the user is too lazy to give buyers an honest answer. Not once through the transaction did he ever look at what he was selling me, even when directly asked "what batch is this chip". He says it matched the chip in an image, and that he had two, yet neither me or the other buyer got the advertised CPU. To me integrity and honesty is huge in internet transactions. I feel everyone should be aware that you may not be buying what is advertised since MAX_M wont take the time to even look or be truthful.

We decided to proceed with the trade on New Years Eve. My work schedule prevented me from getting to the Post Office to send Max the items(although I tried to find an open PO, UPS Store & a FEDEX Kinkos which all closed at 2pm New Years Eve for some reason), which made me feel horrible as he had sent them that morning w/o any questions.

Item received in good order. Having been so bloody cold, I let the unit warm up & powered it up later in the day. Everything worked as promised!

Overall, I have to say that dealing with Max was a pleasure. I really appreciated that he was willing to wait for me to find an opportunity to ship the items to him. I wouldn\'t hesitate to work with him again!
