Both arrived securely packaged and in perfect cosmetic condition. The GTX was actually in better shape and cleaner than the one I already have. Unfortunately the GTX was damaged in transit and wouldn't function singly or in SLI. Seller was a huge help in getting everything straightened out and getting a receipt for an RMA.
