Gizmo received a computer case that was damaged by the usps but refused to cooperate with damaged goods claim. Wanted refund while still had item and started demanding a time frame when a refund would be coming. Made it clear I would refund when the case got back into USPS custody and he started threatening chargeback. I'm done selling and buying at hard forum over this. Especially since crosshairs banned me when I refused to refund before item was returned.

UPDATE: USPS paid off the claim almost immediately (they had a scan-in picture of the damaged package) and I'm working with Gizmo to get him the refund since Amazon Payments is up in the air right now. Gizmo is a nice person who received a damaged item in the mail. They were rightfully upset. I wish I had refunded immediately instead of being hard-headed about it. As such I've changed this to a positive rating.
